Sugar Kelp Aromatic Water
An original island product created by our local plant expert and apothecary Amanda Saurin to complement your Isle of Harris Gin serves.
This special Aromatic Water is distilled from hand-dived Sugar Kelp, picked sustainably by our seaweed harvester Lewis Mackenzie from Outer Hebridean sea-lochs.
Simply add a few drops to your Isle of Harris Gin to personalise the pour to your taste and bring an extra maritime dimension directly to your drink.
Includes Isle of Harris Gin tasting notes and gin serve information.
