Delivery
Online shop orders are processed and fulfilled by Mail Marketing (UK) Limited on behalf of Isle of Harris Distillery Ltd.
Where We Ship
We can currently send selected Isle of Harris Distillery products to the UK and a growing number of international destinations.
Available delivery countries, delivery charges and any product restrictions will be shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
As a guide, we currently support delivery to:
UK
United States, selected states only
Europe, selected countries only
Rest of World, selected countries only
Please note that not all products can be shipped to every destination. This may depend on local alcohol regulations, courier availability, duties, taxes or product type.
Delivery times will depend on the destination and the method of delivery available at checkout. As a guide, please allow:
UK deliveries: 5 to 7 working days from order date
EU deliveries: up to 14 working days from order date
Rest of World deliveries: 14 to 20 working days from order date
Deliveries are usually made during business hours Monday to Friday. To ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel where required.
If no one is available to sign for the parcel, our delivery company may leave a contact card with instructions for the customer to contact their local depot or arrange redelivery. If the customer does not contact the depot, the parcel may be returned to us after a period of time. Any costs arising from failed delivery, return or redelivery may be passed on to the customer.
If the parcel is returned to us and you do not wish us to resend it, only the cost of the product, minus the initial delivery charge and any return charge, will be refunded. To resend the parcel may incur a further delivery charge.
Please contact the local depot or post office as soon as a card is received to rearrange delivery or collection.
Products ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of products will only pass to you when full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges, has been received.
If the customer gives permission to the courier for the parcel to be left in a safe place, Isle of Harris Distillery Ltd and Mail Marketing (UK) Limited will not be liable in the event the parcel goes missing and cannot be located. In such circumstances, we may not be able to refund or replace the order.
The whiskies and spirits sold through the Isle of Harris Distillery website shop are only available for shipping to selected countries and regions. Available delivery destinations, delivery charges and any product restrictions will be shown at checkout.
Returns
We do hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.
For online shop orders, returns and refunds may be processed by Mail Marketing (UK) Limited on behalf of Isle of Harris Distillery Ltd.
If your item is damaged, faulty or different to what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, contact details and, where relevant, photographs of any damage.
Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We will refund you using the method of payment used to make the purchase.
Accepted returns will be refunded within 30 days of you notifying us about the return and, where required, once the returned goods have been safely received.
The postage of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed.
Liability for loss or damage during transit of goods being returned is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that none of this affects your statutory rights.
