Led by our expert Experience Team, this 75 minute guided experience brings together the two spirits we make here on the island: Isle of Harris Gin and our single malt whisky.
Guests will discover the stories, craft and character behind both spirits, enjoy a tasting of our new Isle of Harris Single Malt alongside a selection of Harris whisky drams, and explore carefully chosen flavour pairings designed to complement each whisky.
